Green Kale & Banana Smoothie
I gotta give you guys something HEALTHY once in a while, right? Haha.
This is my favorite summer smoothie to make when I need a pick-me-up. It’s sweet, refreshing, and very easy to make.
What you’ll need:
2 bananas
1 handful of fresh kale
1 cup almond milk
Ice
1 scoop protein powder of choice (I use this)
In a blender (I use this - my favorite), blend all ingredients together.
Yeah, homie. That’s it!!
